Art League Houston’s 2026 Montrose Art Party Raises Over $40,000 for Healing Art Program

Houston, TX — May 2026 — Art League Houston (ALH) is proud to announce that its 2026 Montrose Art Party (MARTY) raised over $40,000 in support of its Healing Art Program, marking the most successful MARTY in the event’s history.

Held at ALH’s Montrose campus, the evening brought together artists, supporters, and community members for a vibrant celebration of creativity, connection, and generosity. The event centered around the annual Healing Art exhibition, featuring work by program participants. This year, a record number of artworks were sold, with proceeds directly benefiting both the participating artists and the program.

Art League Houston’s Healing Art Program provides free, high-quality art classes to individuals living with chronic illness and disabilities, creating space for expression, community, and healing through art.

The success of the 2026 MARTY was made possible through the support of ALH’s host committee, sponsors, artists, and dedicated volunteers. Special thanks to In Bloom Inc. for the event’s floral design, Johnny’s Gold Brick for the Bee’s Knees cocktail, and Saint Arnold Brewing Company for providing the beer.
